My Story
As a cultural anthropologist, I’ve always been fascinated by how the world around us, (like our culture, society, policies, and history) shape who we are and how we live. However, five years ago I started studying how those same forces shape how we love.

I realized this was exactly the kind of education I wish I’d had when I was younger. Like most people, I learned about love through trial and error, observing others, and figuring things out as I went (often the hard way).
Once I began treating love as something worth researching and a set of related skills I should be practicing and building, I couldn’t wait to share what I was learning with my students. Every semester, they tell me this class helps them see love, communication, and relationships more clearly and approach them more confidently. My students also tell me that they wish everyone could take a course on love.

That’s why I created Your Love Class. It is a space where anyone can join the journey of learning how to love smarter, communicate better, and build relationships that actually work.

I'm always looking for opportunities to talk, teach, and learn about love!
